Job Description :

Boca Raton based family investment office is in need of an executive admin capable of wearing multiple hats.


 


This position will report directly to the company partners and involve multiple responsibilities to help grow the development and property management office.


Your management of current portfolios will include investment entities, family trusts, domestic international banking, and the administration of personal lines of credit.


 


It is critical this candidate have an accounting background who is well versed in Word, Excel, Outlook, and some experience with Yardi systems.


 


Some legal knowledge will help you excel on day one as this front facing position will be dealing directly with lawyers as well as other legal documentation review.


 


You will excel in this role if you are an aggressive self-starter who enjoys working autonomously as your executives will not always be in the office to guide you.  Some travel arrangements and calendar management is necessary.

Required Qualifications :
3-5 years experience

Some legal background

Real Estate experience required (Multi-family/Commercial)

Full financial Satements

Asset Management a plus

Bank Reconciliations

Journal Entries

Abstractions
