Job Description :

 



  • Providing functional leadership for the HR team in the manufacturing facilities, including strategic direction, labor and employee relations and organizational effectiveness.

  • Develop and drive talent outcomes and implement business people strategies.

  • Support business goals and initiatives by ensuring relevant people capabilities and organizational effectiveness in close collaboration with the HR network.

  • Counsel and coach business leaders on organization issues and advise on solutions.

  • Represent business needs and provide continuous improvement feedback

  • Apply HR policies, including Labor Relations, within each country through partnership with Country HR.


Required Qualifications :


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

  • Minimum 12 years of progressive, relevant work experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience leading the HR function in a business

  • Experience in employee and labor relations
