GLC Group has been retained by a leading self-storage developer and operator headquartered in Miami to identify a talented Acquisitions Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, entrepreneurial real estate platform with a strong track record of successful ground-up developments and acquisitions across the Sunbelt.

Position Overview
The Acquisitions Analyst will play a key role in underwriting, financial analysis, and market research to support the identification and execution of new self-storage development and acquisition opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about real estate investment and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models for development and acquisition opportunities
  • Conduct market and demographic analysis to evaluate new sites and investment viability
  • Assist in preparing investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support due diligence, financing, and closing processes
  • Track pipeline opportunities and maintain acquisition databases
  • Collaborate with the development, construction, and operations teams to ensure accurate underwriting assumptions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, development, or investment analysis (self-storage experience a plus)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Strong understanding of real estate valuation, pro forma analysis, and market research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
