A premier real estate development firm is seeking a Chief Development Officer to lead the execution of a nationally recognized, large-scale master-planned community in the Southeast U.S.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will have full responsibility for horizontal development, entitlements, builder relations, parcel sales, and delivery of neighborhoods and amenities in alignment with the long-term business plan. The role is highly strategic and hands-on, overseeing planning, design, budgeting, government approvals, contracting, and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to vision.

This leader will serve as a key member of the senior management team, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence, while leading and mentoring a high-performing development organization.
