GLC Group is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Director of Investments & Development on behalf of a growing and well-capitalized owner/operator in the senior housing sector. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in development, investments, and capital markets within senior living.

The ideal candidate will lead the sourcing, underwriting, capitalization, and execution of new development projects across independent living, assisted living, memory care, and active adult communities. This individual will play a key role in driving strategic growth initiatives and expanding the company’s development pipeline nationally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the full lifecycle of senior housing development projects from site selection through stabilization
• Source, evaluate, and underwrite new development and investment opportunities
• Structure and negotiate equity, debt, JV, and mezzanine financing arrangements
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models and investment analyses
• Prepare investment memoranda and present opportunities to executive leadership and capital partners
• Manage due diligence and transaction execution for acquisitions and development deals
• Maintain relationships with lenders, REITs, private equity groups, and institutional capital partners
• Partner closely with executive leadership on growth strategy, market expansion, and portfolio optimization
• Oversee consultants, design teams, contractors, and external development partners throughout project execution

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in senior housing development, investments, acquisitions, or capital markets
• Strong track record executing complex real estate and capital transactions within senior living
• Established relationships across the senior housing capital markets landscape
• Advanced financial modeling and underwriting experience
• Acquisition experience preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
