Join our team as a Surgical Tech in the Operating Room (OR) at a leading healthcare facility in Austin, TX. This contract position is for 13 weeks, working Friday through Sunday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic surgical environment.

Position Details:

  • Shift: 06:30-19:00, 12 Hours
  • Call Requirements: No on-call required
  • Unit Information:
    • Number of Beds: 14 ORs (including 2 heart rooms and 1 hybrid)
    • Number of Staff: 120
    • Patient Ratios: 1 to 1
  • Typical Procedures: General, GYN, Neuro, Ortho, Plastics, Vascular, ENT, Urology
  • Type of Equipment: Surgical including robotics (Xi, SP, Mako, DV5)
  • EMR: Meditech

Qualifications:

  • Must Have: 2 years of scrub or circulating experience
  • Preferred: Experience in Robotics, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma
