We are seeking dedicated Constant Watch Staff to join our team on a contract basis. This role is essential in maintaining safety and security within the healthcare environment. As a Constant Watch Staff member, you will be responsible for monitoring individuals in Constant Observation/Administrative Constant Watch Status, ensuring their well-being and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Remain vigilant while monitoring individuals in Constant Observation/Administrative Constant Watch Status.
- Continuously observe and detect behavioral changes or signs of distress.
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally at all times.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to complete the required training associated with the position.
- Strong attention to detail.
