This is an exciting opportunity for experienced RNs looking to make a difference in a dynamic healthcare environment. The facility is dedicated to providing high-quality care to the residents of Sierra Vista and surrounding communities.
Position Information:
- Role: RN
- Specialty: Emergency Nursing
- Unit Profile: 22 beds, patient ratios of 4:1 for pod patients, 2:1 critical, and 6:1 fast track.
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS
- Years of Experience: 2+ years ideally
- Patient Population: Traumas, STEMIs, psych, cardiac, GI, stroke, and more.
Hiring Profile:
- Must Have Skills/Experience: ER experience
- Preferred Skillset/Experience: Trauma and pediatric experience
- Personality Fit: Hard worker, resilient, team-oriented, easy-going
- Required Education: RN license
Dress Code:
- Scrub Color: Any color or print
- Unacceptable Attire: Non-scrubs, t-shirts, open-toe shoes, hoodies, leggings
Orientation for new hires will occur bi-weekly, with upcoming dates on October 12, October 26, November 9, November 23, December 7, and December 21, 2026.
