Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Labor & Delivery (L&D) RN in Liberal, KS. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in our Labor and Delivery unit. This is a fantastic opportunity for both newly graduated RNs and experienced RNs looking to advance their careers in a supportive environment.
Unit Overview: Our Labor and Delivery unit features 10 Beds LDRP, a Special Care Nursery Level II, and a commitment to high-quality patient care. We maintain a labor ratio of 1:1 for active labor, 3:1 for postpartum/couplet care, and 2:1 for latent labor.
Need Specifics: We are looking for RNs for a 12-hour night position, with weekend requirements of every other weekend and holiday coverage every other holiday. Float requirements include MS4, ICU, ER, and Skilled Nursing. Education requirements include BLS, ACLS, and Fetal Monitoring, which can be obtained within six months of hire.
Compensation: Base pay for a newly graduated RN starts at $37.85 per hour, while an RN with a BSN starts at $39.36 per hour, plus additional compensation based on experience. A relocation bonus of up to $2,500 is available upon proof of expenses.
Please note that jewelry must be kept to a minimum, and visible face and/or body piercings (outside of traditional ear piercings and small nose studs) are not permitted while on duty.
