We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a reputable Long-Term Care / Skilled) to join a long-term care and skilled nursing facility. This role involves providing essential nursing services to Nursing Facility team. This role involves providing essential nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety while supporting overall wellness.   • Pay Range: $1500-$1600
  • Shifts: Weeks 3 6:45A-7:15P Week 1 6:45P-7:15A
  • Contract Duration: 4 weeks
  • Hours weekly: 36 hours
  • Start Date: Immediate 
  • Overtime: Can pick up if offered

Required Skills:

  • Valid LPN license in the state of WV
  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing- Start Date: As soon as possible

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • LPN diploma required
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Prior experience in LTC/SNF settings 1 year is required

**Other appropriate nursing licensure

  • Ability to work mix of shifts and follow scheduled rotations
    Requirements:
  • Must be COVID-19 vaccinated and maintain compliance with- Willingness to adhere to facility policies and procedures
