**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using MedHost and Meditech EHR systems.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in the Emergency Department (ED) required.
  • ACLS, BLS, Handle with Care (available on-site), NIH, PALS or ENPC certifications required prior to start.
  • Professional, positive, and compassionate demeanor with strong teamwork skills.

**Unit Information:**

  • Emergency Room with 31 beds and 2 triage rooms.
  • Patient ratios of 1:4, with variations during high-volume days.
  • Serves all ages, from pediatric to geriatric patients.
