We are accredited by The Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality and CARF-accredited for our Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program and Stroke Specialty Program.
Position Information:
- Role: LPN
- Specialty: Rehabilitation, Med-Surg
- Facility Department/Cost Center: Nursing
- Patient Ratios: 1:7
- Equipment: IV pumps, EKG machine, Bari bed, med dispense
- EHR: Cerner, Epic
Qualifications:
- Required Certifications: LPN, BLS
- Years of Experience: 2 years
- Required Education: Associate degree or bachelor's degree in nursing
Personality Fit: We are looking for a problem solver who is warm, welcoming, possesses leadership skills, and has critical thinking skills.
Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Stroke, amputation, major surgeries.
