Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Ohio RN license or a Compact State license in hand.
- AHA BLS & ACLS certification required.
- Minimum of 12 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience is mandatory.
