GLC Group is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for PRN/Per Diem shifts in Lake Norden, SD.

Compensation:

  • Hourly: $22
  • Weekly Pay - every Friday

Job Requirements:

  • Valid and current CNA Certification in the state you are applying to
  • 1-2 years CNA current/recent experience in a Long -Term Care (LTC) facility
  • Active Certifications - BLS or CPR
  • Must have a COVID-19 vaccination or exemption where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration
  • Help patients with mobility, turning, positioning, and transferring
  • Monitor and report changes in patient health or behavior to nursing staff
  • Support patient comfort and emotional needs
  • Assist with the use of medical equipment (e.g., walkers, wheelchairs)
  • Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely
  • Follow infection control and safety procedures
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare team members
