GLC Group is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for PRN/Per Diem shifts in Lake Norden, SD.

Compensation:
- Hourly: $22
- Weekly Pay - every Friday
Job Requirements:
- Valid and current CNA Certification in the state you are applying to
- 1-2 years CNA current/recent experience in a Long -Term Care (LTC) facility
- Active Certifications - BLS or CPR
- Must have a COVID-19 vaccination or exemption where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration
- Help patients with mobility, turning, positioning, and transferring
- Monitor and report changes in patient health or behavior to nursing staff
- Support patient comfort and emotional needs
- Assist with the use of medical equipment (e.g., walkers, wheelchairs)
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare team members
