Pay & Schedule:
- Hourly Rate: $43
- Weekly Pay – Every Friday
- Flexible PRN shifts
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and skilled treatments (e.g., wound care)
- Assess residents; monitor for acute changes and report to providers
- Develop and update care plans
- Supervise CNAs/LPNs and delegate tasks
- Coordinate care with rehab and interdisciplinary team
- Respond to emergencies and manage transitions (admit/discharge)
- Document accurately and ensure regulatory compliance
- Active RN license in North Carolina
- Minimum 1 year of recent LTC experience
- BLS (AHA) required; ACLS preferred
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption, if applicable
