Join our team as a Psychiatry Registered Nurse in a leading recovery non-acute residential setting in Henryville, IN. This is a fantastic opportunity for RNs with experience in detox and medication withdrawal management to make a difference in the lives of adults in a supportive environment.

Facility Overview:

  • Total Beds: 100 Adult Male & Female
  • Patient Population: Voluntary
  • Security: On-site security present
  • Dress Code: Scrubs
  • Parking: On-site

Units & Staffing:

  • Current Staffing Ratio: 1:30
  • Expected/Target Ratio: 1:20
  • Floating Expectations: Staff may float between men's and women's units
  • Population Served: Adults only
  • Restraints Utilized: No restraints
  • Incarcerated Individuals on Unit: No

Ancillary Support:

  • Kitchen
  • Maintenance
  • Intake
  • House supervisor always on-site

Visitor Policy:

  • Visits must be scheduled with the therapist

Experience Requirements:

  • Travel Experience: Not required but experience in detox & medication withdrawal is required (minimum 1 year)
  • Psych Experience: Detox and medication withdrawal management required
  • Required Certification: CPI can be completed on site

Open Shifts / Scheduling:

  • Available Shifts: 6:15 PM - 6:15 AM rotating every other weekend
  • Scheduling Notes: Must be available for the shifts offered; block scheduling cannot be guaranteed

Weekend & Holiday Requirements:

  • Weekends: Every other weekend
  • Holidays: Required unless prearranged
