Job Title: RN LTC Weekend Warrior

This role offers a flexible schedule that allows you to work intensively on weekends while maintaining the balance of your personal life.
Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or similar setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of LTC protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with resident assessments and care planning
- Certifications such as CPR and First Aid
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Active RN license in Plymouth, WI
- Prior experience in LTC facilities or similar healthcare environments
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work Fridays from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM
