Unit Specifics:
- Number of Beds: 20
- Patient Ratios: 1:6
- Unit Staffing Description: Unit secretary during the day, PCTs available, unit educator
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Scheduling Requirements: 3 weekend shifts/month
- On Call Requirements: No
- Floating Policy: Agency/Contract nurses float first
- Patient Experience Requirements: Hospital Specifics
Required Skills: Med/Surg, nephrology, kidney transplants, renal, dialysis
Certifications Required: BLS
Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs; can wear black scrub pants
