Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel RN specializing in Labor & Delivery (L&D) in San Jose, CA. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit.
- Assist with deliveries, C-sections, and other L&D-related cases.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Meditech/CPN EMR.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Labor & Delivery.
- Current California RN License required.
- BLS certification is mandatory.
Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 10
- Staffing: Approximately 120 staff members, including charge nurses, RNs, and CNAs.
- Patient Ratios: Per California Title 22 regulations.
This position involves rotating weekends based on the collective bargaining agreement. Candidates must be team players and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
