We are seeking dedicated Dietary Call Center Techs to join our team in Bethesda, MD, at a leading research facility. This contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to important dietary services within a government sector environment.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing dietary calls and providing excellent customer service to ensure the needs of patients and staff are met. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to dietary inquiries and requests from patients and staff
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal delivery
- Maintain accurate records of dietary requests
- Assist in the training of new staff as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dietary or call center setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
