Unit Specifics:
- Number of Beds: 40
- Patient Ratios: 1:7
- Unit Staffing Description: 1 clinical nurse coordinator, 7 nurses, 4 PCTs, and 1 UC per shift.
- Type of Equipment: Regular medical equipment for med-surg unit
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Scheduling Requirements: 36 hours per week with rotating weekends
- Floating Policy: Contract labor is first to float to like units
Patient Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of hospital experience
