Join a leading healthcare provider as a Behavioral Health LVN / LPN in Clarksburg, WV. This is a contract position focused on providing exceptional care to adults in a behavioral health setting. We are committed to supporting our healthcare professionals with the resources they need to succeed.
**Important:** Fingerprints must be completed in West Virginia at least 7-10 business days prior to start. Travelers must be available to travel to or arrive in WV early to complete these. Results can take anywhere from 5-7 days, and candidates will not be cleared to start without results on file. This is a West Virginia state requirement with no exceptions. Please ensure your traveler is aware and in agreement prior to submitting.
**Patient Age Group:** Adults
**Shift Schedule:** 3x12 Days weekdays, every other weekend. Please limit holiday RTO requests to no more than 1 of the 3 major holidays. Travelers are to fill in for shifts not covered by regular staff; blocked schedule requests cannot be accommodated.
**Certifications Required:** BCLS, CPI, First Aid (CPI/First Aid can be obtained during orientation)
**Experience Required:** 1+ year
**Travel Experience:** Not required
**Scrubs Provided:** Blue (Navy or Royal Blue)
**EMR:** Avatar
**Submission Process:** ONE PDF MUST CONTAIN: Candidate profile (work history), Specialty specific skills checklist, Minimum 3 Manager/Charge References (within past 2 years), RN License verification (NURSYs pulled within 2 days of sub date), Covid Vaccine Status. RTO must be included at the time of submittal or it will not be considered. Block scheduling is not allowed.
