  • Work Setting Skills REQUIRED: Adult Outpatient Clinic
  • Office Duties Skills REQUIRED: Authorization Forms, Chart Preparation, Pharmacy calls/patient refill requests, Scheduling appointments, Stocking Supplies & Telephone Triage
  • Professional Knowledge and Skills REQUIRED: Follow-up phone calls & Rooming patients
  • Certifications: BLS (CMA MUST provide/bring their own stethoscope)

Additional Information:

  • AVG Daily Census: 45+; Rooms 4-6
  • SHIFT: 40 Hours Can Be Offered
  • Clinic Will Accept 13-Week Contracts
  • Call Requirement: NONE
  • Float Requirement: Staying at SSI put will potentially float among the MDs pending need.
  • Weekend Requirement: NONE
  • PATIENT AGE GROUP: Adults
  • PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Limited in office injections for steroid and pain relief, patients with back pain (cervical, lumbar and thoracic) some surgical and some pain management - mainly clinic patients
  • SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: We are an orthopedic spine and pain management clinic - we treat primarily adult patients
  • SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: CMA MUST provide/bring their own stethoscope
  • UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR
  • SCHEDULING TYPE: Per Clinic Needs
  • UNIT ORIENTATION: Per Clinic Needs
  • SCRUBS: Not Provided. Navy Blue
