We are seeking a dedicated Charge RN for a contract position in Long Term Care. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care while overseeing nursing staff and ensuring efficient operations within the unit. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in Long Term Care, along with prior Charge experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide direct patient care as needed.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
- Current RN license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long Term Care.
- Previous Charge experience is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
This position is scheduled for 7 PM to 7:30 AM, with every other weekend required. The contract starts on 09/28/2026 and is expected to last for 8 weeks, ending on 11/14/2026, with the possibility of extension.
