Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department in Granbury, TX. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work night shifts while providing critical care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC certification (AHA or ARC).
- Preferred travel experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an emergency department setting.
- Experience with trauma, stroke, and chest pain cases.
- Must have titers in hand at the time of submission.
This facility operates with a patient ratio of 3 or 4:1 in a 10-room, 19-bed/chair setup. Scrub color is royal blue, and the EMR system used is MEDHOST. Please note that travelers must be greater than 50 miles from the facility.
