Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) in the Medical Surgical unit. This is a fantastic opportunity for dedicated healthcare professionals seeking a rewarding contract position in LaFollette, TN. We are looking for RNs who are passionate about patient care and have experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical unit.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate records using EMR systems, specifically Cerner.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Tennessee.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
- Ability to float to other units as needed.
- Patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:7.
- Travelers must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
Additional Information:
- Scrub color: Royal Blue.
- No on-call required.
- 48-hour block scheduling may be requested.
