Required Skills:
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Experience in long-term or elder care preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and reliability
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with veterans or in a similar specialized care setting
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- CNA certification required
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment preferred
Other Requirements:
- Must possess or be willing to obtain applicable state certifications
- Ability to work the evening shift (2:45 PM – 11:15 PM)
