CNA for LTC Days Shift

Required Skills:

  • Valid CNA certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
  • Compassionate bedside manner and patience

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working in LTC facilities
  • Bilingual abilities
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior CNA experience in a long-term care setting preferred

Other Requirements:

  • Current CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation for shift availability
  • Ability to work evenings and adapt to a flexible schedule
