Required Skills:
- Valid CNA certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and document accurately

Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in LTC facilities
- Bilingual abilities
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior CNA experience in a long-term care setting preferred
Other Requirements:
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation for shift availability
- Ability to work evenings and adapt to a flexible schedule
