Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care, Erie, PA

Join a dedicated team providing essential care in a long-term care setting in Erie, Pennsylvania. As a CNA in this role, you will play a vital part in supporting residents’ daily needs, ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being. Job Details:

  • Weekly Pay: $1,115 gross
  • Pay Range: $11/hr (standard) | $30/hr (OT)
  • Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:45 PM (Evenings)
  • Schedule: 5 days a week, 40 hours guaranteed
  • Start Date: June 11 or every other week
  • Additional Compensation: Weekly stipend of $675; locals welcome, OT pay of $37.50/hr available

Required Skills:

  • Valid CNA certification in Pennsylvania
  • Experience working in long-term care facilities preferred
  • Strong patient care skills and foundational knowledge of CNA responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Prior experience with evening shifts in LTC settings
  • Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a CNA in a long-term care facility is advantageous

Other Requirements:

  • Must possess and provide valid CNA certification
