CNA LTC Night (Night Shift) – South Mountain, PA

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the overnight shift at our premier Long-Term Care facility in South Mountain, PA. This vital role allows you to deliver essential support to residents during the quiet, peaceful night hours, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity are upheld every night.
Required Skills:
- Valid CNA certification in Pennsylvania
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered care approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and observational skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Bilingual abilities to assist diverse resident populations
- Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not mandatory
Other Requirements:
- Must hold up-to-date CPR certification
- Ability to work overnight hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Reliable transportation is a plus
