Job Title: CNA, Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility - Olean NY
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a reputable long-term care or skilled nursing facility in Olean NY. This role is vital in providing compassionate, high-quality patient care, supporting recovery and comfort for residents in a challenging clinical environment. The successful candidate will be a reliable team player committed to delivering exceptional support to patients and working alongside healthcare professionals to maintain the highest standards of care.
Job Details:
- Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
- Pay Range: $16/hour
- Housing Assistance; $500 weekly
- ME&I: $200 Weekly
- Shifts: 2PM-1030PM, every weekend is required
- Length of Contract: Ongoing, with potential for extension
- Start Date: ASAP, Orientation date will be provided
- Overtime: Often available and paid at standard rates
Required Skills:
- Current CNA license in State of NY
- Basic patient care skills (bathing, feeding, mobility assistance)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and reliability
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in LTC or SNF environments
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- CPR certification
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting
Other Requirements:
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Valid license and certification in State of NY
