Required Skills:

  • Valid CNA certification in Colorado
  • Proven ability to assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare procedures and safety standards

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working night shifts or in long-term care facilities
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Bilingual abilities

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior CNA experience, particularly in residential or healthcare settings

Other Requirements:

  • Valid CNA license in Colorado
  • Ability to work overnight shifts - 3x12
