Join a leading healthcare provider as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Albion, NE, specializing in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals who hold an active Nebraska license to apply. This position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients requiring assistance with daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and support to individuals with various needs, including dementia, diabetes, hypertension, and chronic kidney disease.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and ensure the comfort and safety of residents.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Participate in location-specific orientation and training sessions.
Work Schedule: This contract position requires flexibility with shifts, including 6-2p, 6-6p, and 2-10p. You will be expected to work every other weekend and holiday, with overtime available as needed.
Facility Details: The facility features two main units, one with 20 beds and another with 22 beds, maintaining a patient-to-staff ratio of 3:22. Orientation will consist of 1-2 shifts specific to the location.
