Required Skills:
- Current CNA certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of patient care procedures
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in long-term care or similar healthcare environments
Other Requirements:
- Ability to start ASAP
- Flexibility to work 8-hour evening shifts (2 pm - 10 pm)
- Reliable transportation and ability to commit to the 13-week contract
