CNA SNF/LTC Days – Join Our Compassionate Healthcare Team! Are you a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant looking to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives? We are seeking dependable and caring CNAs to join our vibrant skilled nursing facility, providing exceptional care in a 150-bed SNF/Long-Term Care environment. This is your opportunity to be part of a supportive team committed to quality patient care on a full-time, day shift schedule.
What You’ll Do: As a CNA in our facility, you will assist residents with daily activities, support their comfort and well-being, and work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver top-notch care. Your compassionate touch will directly impact the quality of life for our residents.
Required Skills:
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Compassionate attitude and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and healthcare protocols
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in a SNF or LTC setting
- Basic understanding of medical terminology
- Multilingual abilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a CNA in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility is preferred but not mandatory
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work M-F, 8-hour day shifts
- Willingness to work every other weekend
- Ability to commit to a 13-week temporary contract
