What You’ll Do:
As a CNA in our facility, you will assist residents with daily activities, support their comfort and well-being, and work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver top-notch care. Your compassionate touch will directly impact the quality of life for our residents.

Required Skills:

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team
Compassionate attitude and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and healthcare protocols
Nice to Have Skills:

Previous experience in a SNF or LTC setting
Basic understanding of medical terminology
Multilingual abilities
Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience as a CNA in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility is preferred but not mandatory
Other Requirements:

Flexibility to work M-F, 8-hour day shifts
Willingness to work every other weekend
Ability to commit to a 13-week temporary contract
