Join a leading acute-care hospital as a CT Tech specializing in Radiology and Cardiology. This contract position offers the opportunity to work night shifts, specifically on Saturday and Sunday, from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. You will be part of a dedicated team that provides essential imaging services to both the emergency department and inpatients.
As a CT Tech, you will be responsible for performing CT scans and may also float to X-ray as needed. Your role will include transporting patients to and from the emergency department, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process. You will work closely with off-site radiologists who are available for questions during your shift. This facility is recognized as a primary stroke center, emphasizing the importance of timely and accurate imaging.
Requirements:
- ARRT R, ARRT CT, BLS, and SC Radiology license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field
- At least 1 year of EPIC experience
- First-time travelers may be considered based on experience
Additional Information:
- Two techs are staffed on this shift to cover both X-ray and CT services.
- Floating is required but limited to areas where staff are qualified and have documented competencies.
