Required Skills:

- Proficiency in using EagleSoft or similar dental software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills: - Experience working in school-based dental programs
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish
Preferred Education and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent; Dental Assisting certification preferred
- Prior experience in a clinical or school setting
Other Requirements: - Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including riding with a state employee in a state vehicle
- Willingness to work flexible days and hours, with some assignments at school sites
- Must adhere to dress code in scrubs and maintain professional standards
