Required Skills
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical or healthcare setting

Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity

- Current and valid nursing license in the state
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle on-call responsibilities as needed
