Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.
Requirements:
- Must have 12 months of permanent experience in the Emergency Department.
- Must possess a valid Ohio RN license or a compact state license at the time of submission.
- AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required and must be in hand at the time of submission.
- TNCC certification is preferred.
