As an ER Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in the emergency department. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Perform triage and assess patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatments.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Louisiana.
- Certifications needed: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH, and CPI (CPI can be obtained at the facility for $100).
- Weekends and holiday shifts are required, with holiday blackout dates on 11/26, 12/24, and 12/25.
