Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of inpatient rehab experience
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage complex patient needs effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in inpatient rehab or similar settings
- Certification in rehabilitation nursing or relevant specialties
- Leadership or mentoring skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Prior experience working in a 120-bed inpatient facility
- Demonstrated ability to handle acute care responsibilities confidently
