Join our team as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Fort Worth, TX! We are seeking a dedicated RN with a passion for maternal care and a commitment to providing exceptional support to families during the childbirth process. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate C-Sections and provide care in the Labor & Delivery unit.
- Manage a patient ratio of 1:2 in a 14-bed unit with approximately 175 cases per month.
- Utilize advanced skills in NRP, ACLS, and BLS.
- Provide care for antepartum, recovery, and couplet care.
- Potential to float to Mother/Baby or serve as a sitter task RN in any unit.
- Participate in voluntary on-call shifts and weekend/holiday rotations.
Requirements:
- Must have 2 years of current experience in Labor and Delivery.
- All RNs must reside at least 100 miles from the facility and submit a current driver's license with their application.
