  • Start Date: 05/25/2026
  • Contract Length: 8 weeks
  • Pay: $17.00/hour (standard), weekly gross pay approximately $1,600–$1,700
  • Weekly Housing Stipend: $600
  • Weekly Meals & Incidentals Stipend: $400
  • Hours Per Shift: 12 hours
  • Shifts: 6 PM – 6:30 AM, every other weekend required
  • Guarantee Hours: 36 hours/week
  • Employment Type: Local and travel opportunities available
  • Specialty: Skilled Nursing (LTC/SNF)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient health status accurately
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care
  • Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
  • Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) settings
  • Valid LPN license in Nebraska
  • Ability to work evening and overnight shifts
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
