  • Pay Range: $17.00/hr (standard hours), OT rate of $52.50/hr
  • Weekly Gross Pay Range: $1,600 – $1,700
  • Weekly Housing Stipend: $700
  • Guarantee Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Shifts: 2 PM – 10 PM
  • Setting: Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility
  • Location: Boone, Iowa

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic patient care under supervision, adhering to Iowa state regulations.
  • Utilize Point Click Care software for documentation and care planning.
  • Ensure proper medication administration and recording.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care.
  • Work every other weekend and holiday as scheduled.
  • Maintain a safe and compassionate environment for residents.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • IA Supervisory Course certification required.
  • Prior experience in long-term or assisted living facilities preferred.
  • Ability to work evening shifts reliably.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Willingness to work in Boone, IA.

Preferred Skills:

  • Additional certifications or experience in geriatric or long-term care.
  • Experience with Point Click Care software.
