Required Skills
- Valid LPN license in good standing
- Proven experience in long-term care or a similar setting
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills
- Prior experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of age-specific care needs

Preferred Education and Experience
- LPN diploma or equivalent from an accredited program
- At least 1-2 years of experience in long-term care or related healthcare settings
Other Requirements
- Must hold a valid LPN license
- Ability to work scheduled days on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm
- Willingness to commit to an initial 30-day contract with the possibility of extension
