Required Skills:
- Valid LPN license in good standing
- Strong clinical and observational skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused nature
- Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Accurate documentation and reporting skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in long-term care or similar healthcare environment
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Graduation from an accredited LPN nursing program
- Prior experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred but not required
Other Requirements:
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours
