The South Mountain Restoration Center, a well-respected 159-bed long-term care facility in South Mountain, PA, is seeking committed LPNs to provide exceptional care during the night shift.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: LPN LTC Nights
  • Location: 10058 South Mountain Road, South Mountain, PA 17261
  • Shift: 8-hour night shifts
  • Duration: 13 weeks (immediate start)
  • Start Date: March 30, 2026
  • Schedule: Full-time night shifts

Ideal Candidate Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid and active LPN license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work efficiently as part of a team

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in long-term care or similar environments
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations
  • Bilingual skills or additional languages
  • CPR certification (desirable)

Other Requirements:

  • Must be able to work on-site during night shifts
  • Previous long-term care experience is preferred, but not required
  • Willingness to commit to a 13-week assignment
