LPN, LTC/SNF – Join Our Compassionate Team for a Rewarding 4-Week Assignment!

We’re seeking a dedicated LPN to join a lively Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility in Baker, West Virginia. Position Details:

  • Location: 18086 WV-55, Baker, WV
  • Duration: 4 weeks
  • Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM, every other weekend
  • Start Date: May 1, 2026
  • Guarantee Hours: 36 hours/week
  • Hours per Shift: 12 hours
  • Weekly Gross Pay: $1,367 – $1,519
  • Housing Stipend: $600/week
  • Travel & Local: Both options available

What You’ll Do:

As an LPN, you'll deliver high-quality patient care in a team-oriented setting. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patients’ health status, administering medications, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, doctors, and other staff to provide compassionate care that truly impacts lives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid LPN license in West Virginia
  • Strong clinical skills in long-term care or skilled nursing settings
  • Excellent communication and patient care abilities
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in LTC/SNF facilities
  • BLS certification
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and every other weekend
  • Reliable and committed to completing the 4-week assignment
